When elected representatives stop hearing the People's voice through the written Constitution those officials swore an oath to uphold - the end is near.  A government cannot stand where a majority of it's elected representatives are working in direct opposition to that government's very organizing principles and constitution.  

ALL HOUSE DEMOCRATS HAVE JUST PROVEN "THEY" ARE THE DOMESTIC ENEMIES

• JAN 12 | SEDITION | ALL House Democrats officially called upon Mike Pence to use of the 25th Amendment to illegally oust President Trump.

• JAN 13 | ABUSE OF POWER | ALL House Democrats officially charged (impeached) President Trump upon charges that can only be considered a political attack and abuse of power.

When the House Impeached (charged) Trump with crimes, investigations of January 6th events of the storming of Capitol Hill were still on-going as to who and what exactly took place. House Democrats have acted quickly and impulsively based upon their hatred of Trump, not based upon clear facts and measured investigation.  This is the very definition of abuse of power/office, when you use your position in authority to persecution your political enemies.

Democrats can only demonize Trump for his January 6th speech, if they pick and choose pieces of what he said.  Political Spin that flips the heart of what a person really said to something completely different is false testimony and makes God your enemy by breaking the 10 Commandments' "Do Not Bear False Witness Against Your Neighbor."

Trump's comments on January 6th, when reasonably taken all together ("in context") include many passionate and "fighting" words but also include these:  "I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to PEACEFULLY and PATRIOTICALLY make your VOICES HEARD."

Democrats also attempt to add prior Trump comments of "election fraud" and "fighting" to bolster their Impeachment charges, yet they deny the purpose of those comments were made, not to incite violence, but to uncover election fraud through investigations, lobbying public officials, to develop media awareness, and to gain justice in the courts.

Are you concerned about all this uproar in Congress? I'm not.  It's better to know who has declared themselves domestic enemies, than to not.  Don't get me wrong, I'm FOR peace and the rights of ALL Americans - even Democrats who act unconstitutionally. It will ALWAYS be my heart to see ALL prosper and enjoy American Liberty. It's sad to have them declare themselves enemies of American Liberty. It's even more sad when they think they are on the side of Liberty when they are the exact opposite. House Democrats' minds have officially gone mad.  Just stating the facts.  I am, as some still remain, are hopeful to win Leftist back home - like the Prodigal Son - overjoyed we would be with sincerity and forgiveness - with hope towards the future.

SUMMARY:  Trump has been Impeached (charged) with "Incitement of Insurrection" against the United States Government.

Prohibiting any branch of the U.S. Government (Congress, The President, or the U.S. Supreme Court) from carrying out their constitutional duties can be equally be considered Insurrection and/or Sedition.

The U.S. Senate now has the option to conduct a trial of President Trump with the charges given them by the U.S. House.

The Charges against Trump are these (in summary):

• "President Trump repeatedly issued false statements asserting that the Presidential election results were the product of widespread fraud and should not be accepted by the American people or certified by State or Federal officials."

• On Jan 6th, Trump "reiterated false claims that 'we won this election, and we won it by a landslide'. He also willfully made statements that, in context, encouraged—and foreseeably resulted in—lawless action at the Capitol, such as: 'if you don’t fight like hell you’re not going to have a country anymore'. Thus incited by President Trump, members of the crowd he had addressed, in an attempt to, among other objectives, interfere with the Joint Session (of Congress)"

INSURREC'TION, n. [L. insurgo; in and surgo, to rise.]

1. A rising against civil or political authority; the open and active opposition of a number of persons to the execution of a law in a city or state. It is equivalent to sedition, except that sedition expresses a less extensive rising of citizens. It differs from rebellion, for the latter expresses a revolt, or an attempt to overthrow the government, to establish a different one or to place the country under another jurisdiction. It differs from mutiny, as it respects the civil or political government; whereas a mutiny is an open opposition to law in the army or navy. Insurrection is however used with such latitude as to comprehend either sedition or rebellion.
